COASTER ISO9650 Life Raft
Product details
This unit fulfills ISO standard 9650 criteria. It is specially designed for use in coastal areas and provides maximum safety until help arrives.
The Coaster is made out of PVC material and is manufactured with the Thermobonding™ welding process, making it durable and highly visible. The structure of the roof consists of a double crossbar, which ensures plenty of headspace and guarantees protection against external elements. A double brace, made out of fiberglass keeps the roof stable. The life raft is immediately inflated when it is triggered at temperatures between 0°C and 65°C. Entry is facilitated with the attached ladder. The ballast system (4 x 60 liters) is placed under the life raft to provide it with optimum stability.
These features highlight the unit's premium quality and guarantee the reliability of the Coaster ISO 9650 in times of distress. The Coaster ISO 9650 is available in 3 different versions - for capacities of 4 to 8 people. The unit can be stored in either a container or a bag.

Attention: In order to send life rafts by air freight (to islands etc.), a special dangerous goods surcharge must be applied. SVB will provide you with a personal offer.
* The ISO 9650 standard distinguishes between two categories of life rafts: type 1 is for use on the high seas and type 2 is for use in coastal areas. The choice over which type should be brought on board is up to the captain's own discretion.
** The 12 year warranty for life rafts is listed under the conditions defined in the contractual warranty available from your dealer.
