Product details

Automatic lock ("Manual Cap"), suitable for UML MK5 and UML Pro Sensor automatic inflation devices. Used to temporarily turn off a life jacket's automatic inflation capability, allowing the user to manually trigger the device via the ripcord. For example, if the life jacket is to be used while kayaking, dinghy sailing or wading fishing.

Note! From the 2nd quarter of 2018, Seatec and Marinepool jackets will include a new type of inflation system. This automatic lock is therefore not suitable for the new jackets listed below:
  • SEATEC X-Pro 180
  • SEATEC X-Pro 300
  • SEATEC X-Advanced 300
  • MARINEPOOL ISO220 AERO PLUS
  • MARINEPOOL ISO300 AERO PLUS
  • MARINEPOOL ISO RACER PLUS 180N
  • MARINEPOOL ISO PREMIUM 300N
Please note that if a life jacket is fitted with an automatic lock, it loses its approval in accordance with the PPE directive.
