Product details

The new vane pump by MARCO is suitable for the transfer of diesel fuel, oils and antifreeze. Equipped with an internal bypass valve, the pump builds up a pressure of about 1.2 bar, it is self-priming up to a height of 1.5m. The VP45-S can be connected directly to the chassis. Flow rate: 45 l / min (2700 l / hr.). Dimensions (LxWxH): 202 x 187 x 154 mm.

Note:
Please be aware that this pump is not suitable for use with gasoline.

Efficient pump but unexpected consumption
Installed as an engine oil drain pump, the suction is fast and powerful but the consumption, given at 8 A in the instructions (in 12V), goes up to 20 A and cuts out the power supply. Need to review the power supply to be able to supply this pump.

Flag of English Can I replace the 25mm nozzle fittings with a smaller one (and also non plastic)? Are they held in buy a screw or are they screwed in? (Older models seem to be held by screws and newer models seem to be different)
