Glomex TV satellite antennas are superior in technology and performance. Their new HPD (High Performance Dish) parabolic dishes with flanged LNB, combined with innovative software for signal search, allow the compensation of quality losses due to satellite multiplication on terrestrial orbit and transmission on the same frequency.
Saturn 4 is the TV satellite antenna which not only guarantees high performance standards of signal reception and tracking when cruising, but also allows the connection of up to 16 independent decoders on the same boat.
Saturn 4 is equipped with an efficient compensation system (for boat roll and pitch) by means of electronic gyro-stabilizers (EGS) with a multi coaxial rotating joint (MCRJ) and a multi-switch box for the connection of more independent decoders. The antenna can turn completely on its axis, since there is no coaxial cable wrapped around the unit (SCC), thus not preventing the interuption of the TV signal.
Saturn 4 is equipped with a control unit that can be embedded in to the electronic panel on board. Seven satellites are already preprogramed on the control unit, and they're recognized by the NIT system (Network Identification Table).
